Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use Arcastash for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Permitted use

You may use Arcastash only to organize, store, back up, and convert media that you own, that is in the public domain, or for which you have valid permission. You are solely responsible for confirming your rights before importing media.

3. Third-party services

You must follow the terms, access controls, and policies of every third-party service. Arcastash is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party platform referenced by a user-supplied link.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Copyright or other intellectual-property infringement.
• Circumventing DRM, technical protection measures, access controls, paywalls, subscriptions, or platform restrictions.
• Accessing private content without authorization or misusing credentials or cookies.
• Commercial redistribution, resale, public performance, or exploitation without permission.
• Using the service as, or offering it as, a third-party content downloading service.
• Malware, abuse, unlawful activity, or interference with the service.

5. Suspension and removal

We may reject imports, remove material, limit features, or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, or third-party rights have been violated. Repeat infringement may result in permanent termination.

6. Plans and payments

Paid access is processed by our payment provider, Polar.sh, and is also subject to its checkout terms. Prices, plan limits, renewals, and refund eligibility are shown at purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

7. Service and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with any source, or preservation of user media. You should retain independent backups.

8. Liability and changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcastash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for user conduct and imported content. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
